  Binary package hint: mdadm
  
  Tried to do a system Backup with this command:  tar cvpzf backup.tgz / 
--exclude=/proc --exclude=/lost+found --exclude=/backup.tgz --exclude=/mnt 
--exclude=/sys
   tar gived me error Message. After the error messaged, I Issued a dmesg 
command and I got this error log

  I figerd it was a defect drive. But after seaching the Net I Notice the
  kernal has been knowing to give the some error. I need this fixed asap
  for a production box at work
