Thins to work on but not blocking the main promotion:
- building the man pages during build instead of on clean
- dropping the PYTHONPATH diff with upstream; I had sent a patch to upstream to
fix the bug already, either it wasn't merged or it was fixed differently; see

- Priority should be optional, not extra
- would be nice to document where that was downloaded from in copyright and/or
add a watch file; the version suggests it was taken from bzr but nothing
documents where that was
