The fact that you appeared to be able to change both was a bug - there's
only one voltage plane on the core 2 package, so it's not possible for
the two to be independently clocked in any useful way. Both cores would
in fact be clocked at the highest speed requested. 2.6.20 merely fixes
the UI so it represents reality.
