* debian/control.in:
- remove python-cairo and libclutter-cairo-0.8-dev as they
aren't in main (gir-reposiroty has been promoted to main)
and there is no release of clutter-cairo 1.0
- remove clutter-* 0.8 build-dep
- bump gobject-introspection build-dep to 0.6.5
