Public bug reported:

I just upgraded from edgy to feisty and found that real media files now
fail to be played by some players. Here are the findings:

mplayer: both video and audio are ok.

gxine: video is ok, audio is missing. the blue words at the bottom shows
"64 kBit/s Advanced Audio Coding (MPEG4-AAC)

xine: video is ok, a prompt saying "The stream '/path/to/file' use an
unsupported codec:\n Audio Codec: Advanced Audio Coding (MPEG4-AAC)
(raac)\n Start playback anyway" is shown.

vlc: audio works file, but video is missing.

totem-gstreamer: A prompt showing "Searching for appropriate
applications" is shown, and eventually leads me to "Add/Remove
Applications", which suggests me to install "gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg",
which is actually installed.

totem-xine: video is ok, audio is missing.

** Affects: xine-lib (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
