I downloaded the Ubuntu 9.10 Alfa 6 ISO today and was pleased to note that the Live CD works both on my Lap top & PC.
'siucdude' I suggest you try downloading karmic alpha 6 again. I say this because I had a 'corrupted' download despite doing a MD Sum check which did not catch this error.
