Public bug reported:
When you perform a cache refresh, it says X kb out of Y kb, but it will
always exceed Y kb, with Y kb changing dynamically. This is going
against the progress bar guidelines laid down for the software store
(center). Users will be confused as to how long the process is actually
going to take, let alone what's happening that keeps going on and on and
on without a foreseeable end.
