Binary package hint: kdebase
When i try turn off or reboot from a KDE session in Kubuntu feisty fawn, system
crash without shutdown screen progress appears (the screen with the progress
bar).
My monitor screen turns in to "black" and monitor power LED stays intermittent
until i press computer reset button.
But if i reboot or turn off from kdm menu or out of X shell, the system
shutdown well.
