I would agree the word platform is unnecessary. however my taste would
be to  change it to something along the lines of "Configure Smart Common
Input Method."

I think having the full program title is a good thing in this instance
as it does clarify what the program does for those who may be uncertain.
While many people won't understand what it means, having a more
information in this case gives the uninformed terms they can google for
clarification. it should be kept in mind, as many people use google to
identify things as those who use the 'help' and 'about' menus.
