Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: update-manager
This is a bit similar to bug 434173, but for upgrades. Since language-
support-translations-* are gone and replaced with language-selector,
update-manager now removes those packages and its dependencies (such as
OO.o translations/help, GIMP help, etc.) after the upgrade in the
cleanup phase.
