That doesn't seem at all related and your current situation seems
completely impossible. We've confirmed you have the library that has
that symbol and one have one copy of the library. We've confirmed you
have only one copy of gtk-window-decorator and it is the one that uses
that symbol. We've confirmed you have the right packages and they have
the right files installed. There is no way I can even imagine that this
could continue to fail.

As a final step unless I get any other ideas, please attach the output
of `strace gtk-window-decorator --replace 2> gtk-window-decorator.log`.
