Being true that one size doesn't fit all, one size does fit a majority of people.
A small number of most common filetypes will fit most users. At least the non-experts. If you know that a template folder exists and what it is for, probably you will personalize it anyway. This bug refers to a problem non-experts do have. Let's fix it. Even the temporary solution we are talking about is better than nothing.
