Steve, thanks for the comment. The bug is already "triaged" (meaning
both confirmed and a priority determined) as being of "high importance".
It's not a simple problem so it'll take some time to fix and there's a
bunch of other highly important stuff we are working on. Since Launchpad
is open source, if you think you can lend a hand, I'd be more than happy
to guide you through contributing to Launchpad (start at
https://dev.launchpad.net/).
