I would not be able to reproduce the problem again, due to the fact that
usplash is being replaced by xplash and that upstart does not give any
way for cryptsetup prompt to lock the screen for input during init
startup. I now use usplash cryptsetup prompt through initramfs, in which
the bug is not reproducible.
