Binary package hint: postgresql-8.2
Launchpad needs to be migrated to PostgreSQL 8.2. Developers machines
are mostly all running edgy, and easiest for us is to get PostgreSQL 8.2
into edgy-updates so we can begin testing.
Servers are all running dapper, so a backport to dapper-updates would be
useful too.
