Can you comment if you had upgraded the kernel which then resulted in
this regression? If so, can you tell us which most recent kernel you
were running where this wasn't an issue? You can find the specific
version of the kernel you are running by running the following command
from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal):
cat /proc/version_signature
** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete
