Binary package hint: update-manager
On a computer not subscribed to edgy-proposed, the changelog of packages making
it into the edgy-updates repository usually only list something like "imported
from proposed, fix confirmed by xxxxx" as the changelog, and the "real" changes
are not mentioned.
It's good to know that a package has resided in the proposed repository, but
the changes compared with the current installed version should also be listed.
