@Sokolowski, Can you test the latest Karmic 9.10 Beta release - http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/karmic/ . It contains a newer 2.6.31 based kernel and based on killruana's comment #12 it sounds promising to hopefully resolve the issue. Please let us know your results. Thanks.
