All the information I can find from a websearch on "map_static" suggests
that this was supposed to be a server-side option in /etc/exports, not a
mount-time option on the client. And furthermore, this option appears
to only apply to the userspace NFS server, which is obsolete. I'm
therefore closing this bug as invalid, since the only thing that has
happened here is that mount.nfs is being explicit now about invalid
mount options, which I don't think is a bug.
