How did you install your flash player ? There are several ways :
- downloading from adobe.com
- using flashplugin-package, which is downloading and installing flash for you.
This is the simplest and recommended way.
On updated jaunty and karmic, this is working for me.
I think you're using firefox, don't you ?
If so, go on about:plugins and check that you have :
Shockwave Flash
File name: libflashplayer.so
Shockwave Flash 10.0 r32
