I just fired up a 9.04 CD and it is Ctrl+D, L just like it is in 4.3.1,
though this image could be a newer one than the original, as I just got
the CDs a couple of months ago from Canonical. If you happen to see this
in the future, I urge you to please reopen this report. Thanks!
