Idling on the password dialog is not supported by the PolicyKit DBus API
(AFAIK there has to be a response in the first 5 minutes of an async
system dbus call).

The aptdaemon shutsdown if it's idle after some minutes to save system
resources. Actually we don't check for still running authentications
which happen before the transaction gets queued (generally only already
queued transaction are taken into account).
