Sorry I had a problem with debconf the postinst file was corrupted and
afected this package as well. If it was fix by deleting the
tzdata.pastint file located in /var/lib/dpkg/info, and after that re
installing debconf again, re installing tzdata (just in case). And
everything worked prefectly. I mark the bug as invalid given that is not
a bug, just random corruption,
