This package FTBFS with the following error:
checking for GAILUTIL... no
configure: error:
*** gail is needed for accessibility. Either install gail or turn off
*** accessibility support using the --disable-accessibility option.
make: *** [configure-stamp] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2
This is because we dropped in Ubuntu the dependency on libgail-dev, as
libgail was included in libgtk2. This is not the case anymore, so the
dependency on libgail-dev should be restored.
