In a discussion thread regarding Ubuntu on the NB205 [1], someone
reported the same issue [2] and someone else recommended to force a
maximum C-state level of 1 on the CPU [3], e.g. in /boot/grub/menu.lst:

defoptions=quiet splash processor.max_cstate=1

It's a workaround - no idle states means no battery savings afaik - but
should tide you over (worked for me).
