Ok, i've made a lot of change to MCC and -common to support this type of
functionality. The experience still isn't "perfect", but it's much
better.
Now here's how it works:
1) Click Proprietary Codecs tab
2) "Enable" medibuntu, hit apply.
The repo gets added and an apt update ran
3) Enable the medibuntu-keyring and hit apply
The keyring gets installed (even though unauthenticated)
4) Enable whatever you want from medibuntu now
