Sorry, something went terribly wrong in previous post.
I hava/had the same problem. For now:
sudo dpkg -r libuniconf4.4
sudo apt-get -f install
seems to somewhat fix it.

package libuniconf4.6 (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: trying to
overwrite '/etc/uniconf.conf', which is also in package libuniconf4.4
