I've the same problem (I'm using the nvidia non-free driver). The reason
why everyone is seeing this now is IMHO that before kernel oops where
not reported by apport (this is a new feature in karmic). This messages
(specially because it's every time the same after resume) are annoying
(there are always two of them after resume), but the system works
without any problems. It would be great if there would be a possibility
to ignore certain (repeating) kernel oops.
