I found an upstream report with this issue, however it was resolved and labeled a fault of our packaging upstream, which I do not doubt the least bit. Actually, let me check out changelog and see if I find anything....
I didn't see anything sticking out that may have caused this problem. I just did a fresh install of Beta 1 and didn't get it, even tried it on an older Live CD and didn't get it. Take a look at the upstream report that was attached to this report for troubleshooting and report back anything that you find. Also, were these fresh installs that the problem is occurring on?
