Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: debian-installer

Downloaded the mini.iso of Karmic Beta from
http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/karmic/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot/mini.iso

md5sum:
72ea47d2376c76c0e5678a16032b1666 mini-ubuntu-karmic.iso (renamed the file,
since I have all the mini.iso's from dapper to karmic).

Installed mini.iso inside a vm, just booted from CD (didn't type anything, just
hit enter).
Did the manual package selection, selected nothing, then quit aptitude.

It installs a "few" packages, 420 in total.
On closer inspection it installs openoffice packages. Why would a cli like
system require openoffice? I did not ask for it :)

Please see the karmic-mini.list for dpkg --get-selection list of
packages.

** Affects: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
