As best as I can tell from looking at OOo:
openoffice.org-core:
Replaces: openoffice.org-filter-binfilter (<< 1:3.1.0-5)
and
openoffice.org-filter-binfilter:
Depends: openoffice.org-core
So I am not certain why it is getting stuck. I didn't see any other
reason for it to get stuck in that cycle, but I might have been missing
something...
