i don't know if it's related,but the workaround it thought was working.. worked for creating the bootmanager entry and for the initial setup. but when setup is trying to access the .iso file,it fails and gives me a disk i/o error and aborts the installation.. .. maybe the installation does a md5check aswell and when failing that it gives an error and aborts..
