I haven't noticed that the ordering of the actual menu items change but the two separators change place. Sometimes they are both at the bottom, sometimes the other one is between "New Session" and "Logout" and the other one is at the bottom. This can also be seen in Christop Korns screenshots. And I'm using English UI, if that matters.
