- Make IDs of GUI components unique within data/memaker.ui
Fixes crash on start up. (LP: #423492) Thanks to Joseph Walton-Rivers.
* Add debian/README.source explaining dpatch.
* debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.3
* debian/rules: Don't install empty dirs.
