Strange.
It looks like the c-format is only available in the zh_CH po file.
Aron, can you please request a po download from Rosetta, manualy delete the
c-format and they reupload it.
You can also delete all X-Launchpad headers and upload it as upstream version.
Please contact the zh_CH upstream translator and ask him to also fix
this problem upstream.
