Public bug reported:
The webcam is a Logitech Communicate STX. And it works if I plug it
direct to the laptop. If I use the USB hub it shows the blue LED for
active all the time, but camstream or koperte or any other application
does not get any signal. This is independent of the power supply of the
usb hub - the webcam never works.
Webcam + USB Hub works with MS Windows.
