I also can confirm this behavior. I installed 9.10Beta on a USB memory card, and booted from it, just as any other hard disk. The only change I did to the very basic setup is the screen resolution and the adding of Compiz packages. I tried to login using my existing email address ([email protected]), but I always get back to the same screen, that asks me to confirm that "the following informations will be passed......" with the proper display name. I registered under a different email address, and the same behavior happens.
