In karmic and beyond, acpi-support no longer handles hdd apm at all; and
pm-utils correctly checks whether laptop-mode is enabled. Marking this
bug as resolved.

Scripts in /etc/acpi/*.d/ wrongly assume that other scripts are handling hdd
apm (which results in the hdd apm not being handled at all on default settings).
