Well, i can't help you with that. But i think this bug should get a higher importance, so someone could notice it and fix it.
My other (very similar) reported bug got "high" importance https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-utils/+bug/84556 and was fixed almost immediately. Untranslatable menu entries are very unpleasant for non-english speaking countries.
