Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kile

If kile is opened, it stops the system from switching off / logout, even if all
the files are saved.
Under gnome it does not show any message that it prevented system from shut
down.
This is a very minor annoyance.

Ubuntu 9.10 beta + all upgrades.
