Personally, I think even internal interfaces should be documented. In
open-source, how much is really 'internal' anyway?

Of course such documentation should mention the interface is an internal
one (and as such might be subject to change without much notice and
should not really be relied upon, giving pointers to the appropriate
non-internal interfaces).

In any case, if this script is going to be removed anyway, not much
point in putting effort into its documentation - so I do agree with the
wontfix verdict :).
