It seems that if you plug in your Samsung Galaxy device and wait a
minute to press the NetworkManager system tray icon for connecting to
your mobile broadband, it will work fine. Somehow if you press the icon
before the system has fully register the device, you will be unable to
connect.

I'm running NetworkManager 0.7.0.100 on Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty) x64.
