Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: cups
After standad upgrade from jaunty (the previous installation was made
from scratch and it was not modified too much) the cups daemon does not
start any more. I can start it with "/etc/init.d/cups start" and it
works fine. I can print and see network printers etc. But the upstart
scripts do not start it as they should.
