The kernel logs (dmesg) indicate you should try booting with the 'irqpoll' option passed to the kernel. At the grub boot menu you will want to choose the kernel you normally do but press 'e' to edit the entry. Then find the kernel boot line and press 'e' to edit it, at the end of the line you will want to add 'irqpoll'. Then press 'Enter' and press 'b' to boot that kernel. Please let us know the results of that test. Thanks in advance.
