We have precisely one reverse-dep of flite in main, brltty. What
testing has been done to confirm that the new version of flite is
compatible with the existing brltty? (The brltty dependency is only a
build-dep in order to build a plugin in universe, so from a main
perspective the important thing is that it not cause brltty to FTBFS;
motu-release may wish to set a higher bar, however...)
