After installing a fresh karmic-beta1 Suspend/resume failed like before. When booted from harddrive, the laptop goes into suspend, but does not resume correctly. Pressing the power-button initiates the resume proces, but it fails at some point, so I have to hard-reset the laptop. So the last testresult, where the laptop did not even suspend was caused by a damaged system.
