* PR debug/40521: LP: #440172.
- Apply patch for PR debug/40521, taken from the trunk.
- Revert the dwarf2cfi_asm workaround, obsoleted by PR debug/40521.
- (Build-) depend on binutils (>= 2.19.91.20091005).
* In the test summary, add more information about package versions
used for the build.
