Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

The add local printer option in the print wizard in the printer module
of system settings is greyed out despite the fact that both the hp
toolbox and dmesg show that it is connected.

WORKAROUND:

1. Install the printer using the HP Toolbox, but select any driver
(There are only about 5 available).

2. Open up the printer module in system settings and enter adminstrator
mode.

3. Select the printer, and edit the driver properties, selecting the
correct driver.

The printer should now work as expected.
