You can open a bug without ubuntu-bug by using +filebug?no-redirect in
launchpad. I tried to use apport-collect but selected the wrong
preference when allowing apport to read & send information to launchpad.
after that I was unable to change those preferences. If you know the URL
for lp/apport preferences please let me know.
