I can confirm the error message and the solution:

It is fixed by changing /lib/udev/rules.d/60-kqemu.rules from
     KERNEL=="kqemu", NAME="%k", GROUP="kqemu", MODE="0660"
to
     KERNEL=="kqemu", GROUP="kqemu", MODE="0660"
